What should I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your username or password, you may request it be sent to you by visiting Forgot my username/password . The system will automatically email you a link that you must click to change your password.

I am a new distributor. How do I get started?

Step 1: Complete the Contact Sheet and Distributor Questionnaire and fax to 404-827-5980.

Step 2: Complete the New Launch/Authorization form. This is an interactive form and can be submitted immediately through this website.

Step 3:Contact your Turner Representative at 404-827-2250 to complete the process and request network contracts.

What is the timeline for monthly invoice payments?

Billing invoices will be sent to Turner affiliates on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month and payments are due to TNS monthly by the thirtieth (30th) day of each month.
